1 x Hot Collar Band with 4mm Plug
This Hot Collar Band is designed for mitigating surface leakage currents on insulation surfaces, such as bushings. It features 1x 4mm plug for connectivity.
It is typically used in conjunction with the HVX10 or CP TD12/CP TD15 measurement systems. The band picks up leakage current, which is then wired to a dedicated input to bypass this current. This ensures highly accurate Dissipation/Power Factor and Capacitance readings. When used with the HVX10, it also enables accurate Insulation Resistance measurement by eliminating surface effects.
